DIS Unplugged Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting photos via DIS Unplugged Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/disunplugged. Only one picture per Facebook ID is permitted per contest. Photos from Walt Disney World must be submitted to the Walt Disney World photo contest. Photos from Disneyland must be submitted to the Disneyland photo contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. Employees of Dreams Unlimited Travel, Inc (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.

3.WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected on the basis of the total number of votes received for their photo as of April 14th, 2014 at 11:59PM EDT Vote tallies during the competition will be kept secret and the order of displayed photos will be randomized in order to ensure fairness. The winning photo will be subject to review by employees of Dreams Unlimited Travel, Inc and all decisions by the judges are final. In the event a photo with the most votes is deemed to be invalid based on these rules, the photo with the next highest number of votes will be chosen. The winner will be announced LIVE on the DIS Unplugged show that will air at 2pm EDT at http://www.disunplugged.com on April 15th, 2014

4. VOTING: Any Facebook user that ‘likes’ the DIS Unplugged Facebook page can vote on photos. You can vote one time per picture per day per Facebook ID (You can vote for multiple pictures each day, but only once per picture per day). We will stop accepting submissions on new photos on March 30th, but voting will remain open thru April 14th, 2014

5. PRIZES: For a Walt Disney World vacation the winner will receive a 7 Day / 6 Night Magic Your Way Package with dining for 4 at a select Walt Disney World Moderate resort. All resort reservations are subject to availability For a Disneyland Resort vacation the winner will receive a 5 day / 5 night Disneyland Resort package for 4 at either the Disneyland Hotel or Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel. Blackout dates and restrictions apply.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 14 days after the determination date. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.

b. Participants hereby grant Dreams Unlimited Travel a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant DREAMS UNLIMITED TRAVEL the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participant’s in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license.

c. Dreams Unlimited Travel is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants.

d. Winners will be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form within 14 days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Dreams Unlimited Travel. Dreams Unlimited Travel reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

9. NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Dreams Unlimited Travel and not to Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won.

10. NOT ENDORSED BY DISNEY: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Walt Disney Company and release the Walt Disney Company from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Dreams Unlimited Travel and not to the Walt Disney Company, and will be used to notify you if you have won.

11. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Dreams Unlimited Travel in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Dreams Unlimited Travel is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Dreams Unlimited Travel may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Dreams Unlimited Travel from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
