Transfer Existing Cruise Reservation

As per Disney Cruise Line policy, a reservation must have the deposit paid on the reservation and cannot be paid in full in order to initiate the transfer process. In addition, the original reservation can only be transferred to a Travel Agency if it was made with Disney Cruise Line or onboard the Ship within the past 30 days. This includes Placeholder reservations.

Due to changes in the way Disney Cruise Line pays commissions to Travel Agencies on transferred cruises we may not be able to offer you the full shipboard credit (SBC) amount we are currently offering on new/direct bookings. We will evaluate your transfer request and contact you with the amount of SBC we can offer prior to initiating the transfer.

Do you have and plan to pay for your reservation with a Disney/Chase Visa?
Periodically Disney Cruise Line® will offer discounts and/or special offers for clients who pay for their entire cruise with a Disney/Chase Visa. You MUST pay for your entire reservation with this specific credit card to be eligible for any special promotions. Dreams Unlimited Travel will inform you of what you are entitled to by using this card. If any portion of your reservation is not paid with the Disney/Chase Visa any promotions will be void and discounts will no longer apply.
