European chefs use only the finest and freshest ingredients to create memorable culinary experiences. In the elegant Crystal Dining Room, you will sample international cuisine of extensive variety. The bill of fare includes her special "On the Lighter Side" menu of delicious low-fat, low-sodium entrees. Or, for no additional charge, you are invited to dine at Crystal Harmony’s two specialty restaurants: Kyoto, which serves contemporary Japanese cuisine, and Prego, which features fine Italian dining. She also offers more casual dining experiences during the day at the Lido Café, Trident Bar and Grill or The Bistro. The Trident Grill will extend its hours and offer a specially-created informal menu on select evenings.
