DINING:

The food court, Colonel's Cotton Mill, is arguably one of the best at the Walt Disney World® Resort. A 35-foot high waterwheel turning large gears like an operating cotton press, is the main showpiece here. Food court hours are 6 a.m. to midnight. You'll find baked goods, pizza, pasta, fresh fruit, hamburgers, fried chicken, Tex-Mex favorites and full breakfasts here. This food court seats 450 diners.

Boatwright's Dining Hall is themed around shipbuilding and has a large boat hull, in the process of being built, that hangs from the ceiling. Boatwright's is open for breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu features steaks, prime rib, seafood and barbecued ribs, and Cajun specialties. Room service is limited to pizza, salads, soft drinks and beer and is available from 4 p.m. to midnight.

At the Cotton Co-Op Lounge, relax and enjoy specialty beverages and appetizers. On designated days, you can even hear live entertainment.

TIP: Try the Pralines from the bakery at the Cotton Mill food court! These Southern specialties are delectable "cookie-like" creations made of brown sugar and pecans.
