The Disney Beach Club Villas are inspired by the casual elegance of the mid-Atlantic seaside homes of the early 20th century,

This Disney Vacation Club property was designed by noted architect Robert A.M. Stern and features beautiful pastel colors, intricate wooden accents and elegant "stick-style" architecture. This resort shares many amenities with its sister resorts, the Yacht and Beach Clubs. It is situated on six beautifully landscaped acres adjacent to the Beach Club, and is in the convenient Epcot Resorts area. Guests can walk from the Beach Club Villas to the Beach Club via breezeways.

The Beach Club Villas feature 280 units with pool, garden or courtyard views. These include studios, one bedroom villas and two bedroom villas.

Studio: The Studio rooms are 356 square feet and can accommodate a party of 4. Each room has a private patio or balcony.The studio offers a queen size bed, double sleeper sofa, nightstand, telephone, wall mirror, table with 2 chairs, armoire, television and small key-operated wall safe. There's a sink, mirror and hair dryer outside of the tub and commode area. An iron/ironing board is found in each unit.

Extras that make this resort a "Home Away From Home" include a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, under counter refrigerator, and sink. To make light meals and snacks, 2 mugs, 4 glasses, paper plates and bowls, and plastic cutlery are provided in addition to dish soap and linens for cleanup.

High speed internet access is available. Handicapped accessible rooms with a single king sized bed and roll-in showers in place of tubs are also available.

One-Bedroom Villa: The One-Bedroom Villa is 726 square feet and can accommodate a party of 4. These spacious units have a master bedroom, bathroom, in room washer/dryer, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, chair, end table, telephone, armoire, wall mirror and nightstands. Off of the bedroom is a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, sink, hair dryer and commode.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, coffee table, end table, telephone, TV/DVD player and table with 2 chairs. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area with 2 chairs, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with dinnerware, flatware and glassware service for 8. For your convenience you will find a serving platter, vegetable bowl, salad serving bowl, pitcher, 8 piece cookware set (pots, pans, and lids), colander, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, cutting board, measuring cups/spoons, cookie sheet, paring knife, cook's knife, whisk, tongs, vegetable peeler, and pot holders. To help make clean up easier, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, linens, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, a single load box of laundry detergent, a broom and dustpan are supplied.

Two-Bedroom Villa: The Two-Bedroom Villa consists of a One-Bedroom Villa and a Studio with the connecting room door opened. They are approximately 1083 square feet in size.
