Our family had been to WDW twice before, and as a compulsive planner, I had always taken care of all the trip details myself. My mother decided to go along with us on our trip at the last minute which required several "last minute" changes, including all of our ADR's. I am a Florida Resident and purchase Seasonal/Annual passes every so often. I have always been able to call Disney Central Reservation to get FL Res Discount on rooms. However, all the Florida Resident discounted rooms were booked when I called to make reservations for our trip in December 2005. I contacted www.DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com to see if they could get me Fl Res reservation. The representative...was very helpful and was able to get me a FL Res Discount room for the Coronado Springs for 5 nights. There were no openings at the Wilderness Lodge like I had hoped, but still was glad to get in at the Coronado Springs. She was also able to make Priority Seating arrangements for me as well. Exceeded expectations - I just really wasn't totally convinced that someone else could do as well as I could do myself at getting exactly what I wanted. However, DU and (my agent) did just that. For my first trip to WDW, in '99, I used a travel agent in town. Bought a package, paid full price and the agent wasn't all that knowlegable about Disney. Next trip, in '01, I did it all myself. Got great rates, got ps's that I wanted. Then my trip for this summer started getting planned. I had found the DIS boards and was again going to do it myself. Very good, my second experience with Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. It's great that I now no longer need to fax my credit card details, making payments much easier. Coming from a country where people mostly do package holidays through a large travel agency, I feel that Dreams Unlimited is highly overlooked in the UK and but for savings and quality service and convenience I have recommended them to a number of my closer, WDW-going friends. They provide information that is not commonly known in the UK. Exceeded expectations - Received code discount, then AP discount. Much better letting my agent do this for me instead of me having to phone (at an inconvenient time, especially as I'm in the UK) and hope that I would secure a discount - a hassle that I've already tried prior to using Dreams without success. So, having an agent do this really makes a difference. Ditto for securing fireworks cruises. -- John

I figured I would get the standard pre-formatted, non-personal e-mails regarding my reservation and any questions I might have. Well, from the start I received personalized e-mails answering my specific questions/requests. I did not feel as though I was getting generic responses, but instead I felt that Dreams Unlimited, in particular our agent, provided me with individualized attention. All of my questions were answered very promptly and with reliable information. (Agent) kept me up to date on current offers and was able to reduce our initial reservation cost significantly. I checked around & could not find a better deal anywhere. When we arrived at Disney World we had no problem at all with our reservations and everything went smoothly. Using Dreams Unlimited was an aboslutely wonderful experience. For our past 2 trips to Disney World we used a local travel agent. For our last trip we used Dreams Unlimited. Never again will we use a local agent. The service we received from Dreams Unlimited was far superior. Service was personalized, prompt, and to top it off, saved us quite a bit of money!
