That way you may be able to stay in the same room as you did on your adventure. If you arrive early or extend your stay, Adventures by Disney cannot offer you a transfer from/to the airport, or provide meet and greet services at the airport. Our special rates for these additional nights are subject to availability and are only available if booked through Adventures by Disney in conjunction with an adventure package and cannot be combined with any other offer.

If you make changes to the vacation commencement date or chosen vacation, it will be deemed a cancellation by you. If you cancel, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and nonrefundable amounts, will be promptly refunded. Regardless of when you book, your deposit is refundable for 14 calendar days after original booking. You must notify us if you decide to cancel within this 14 calendar day period.

6) What is the Adventures by Disney Vacation Protection Plan?

Generally speaking, the Vacation Protection Plan ("Plan") provides insurance coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, baggage protection and delay, travel accidents and delay, and emergency medical and dental services and certain associated transportation. You may elect to purchase the Plan at the time of booking or at any time prior to, or at time of, final payment. If you purchase and pay for the Plan in full within 14 days of the initial trip deposit/payment (but no later than when final payment is made), certain pre-existing medical conditions may also be covered; however, if you purchase and pay in full for the Plan more than 14 days after the initial trip deposit/payment (but no later than when final payment is made), pre-existing medical conditions will not be covered. Conditions and restrictions apply. Please contact a Vacationista for more information. The Plan is non-transferable.

7) Can an Adventures by Disney Concierge Agent book my flight?

Air transportation can be purchased from Adventures by Disney to and from your home airport in accordance with the scheduled vacation dates and to coordinate with your adventure itinerary. As an added benefit, many flights offered through Adventures by Disney do not need to be paid for immediately, unlike most published fares. Please ask your Concierge Agent for details.

8) I prefer to book my flights on my own. Are there any guidelines I need to be made aware of?

Yes. Before reserving your flights, please refer to your reservation confirmation or the Adventures by Disney website for flight guidelines. Adventures by Disney is not responsible for airline change fees, extra fees incurred or for missed activities due to flights which are booked outside of the established guidelines. Please contact a Concierge Agent prior to purchasing your airline tickets if you have any questions.

9) Is there a minimum age for travelers?

Adventures by Disney welcomes children ages 4 and up to discover the stories of the world. However, on some trips, children ages 6+ benefit most from the exciting activities that Adventures by Disney has planned. Because each child is different, call your Adventures by Disney Concierge to discuss which trips will be most fun for your little ones. Please be aware that your younger Junior Adventurers - typically under age 6, may not be able to participate in some scheduled activities due to height, weight and other requirements. Please contact a Concierge Agent for more information.

Adventures identified as 'Adult Only' are restricted to guests 18 years and older. Daily activities for these trips may vary.

10) Do I need to know the language native to the destination?

No. All adventures are conducted in English.

11) What if I need specific assistance when I travel?

Certain activities on select itineraries will present challenges that may not be suitable for Guests with special needs. Many adventures involve considerable walking, and depending on the destination, may include walking on uneven sidewalks and streets, narrow passages, and steep stairs and inclines. Adventures by Disney strongly recommends that Guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for, providing assistance. Neither Adventures by Disney nor our Suppliers may physically lift or assist Guests onto transportation vehicles or otherwise. Please contact a Concierge Agent to discuss your specific needs.

12) Are there luggage restrictions?

Our recommendation? Pack lightly. Many guests find they pack too many clothes and personal items. Each guest is restricted to one checked bag plus one carry-on bag per person, as specified by your air carrier. Please contact your Adventures by Disney Concierge Agent for more details.

13) What documentation will I receive in advance of my vacation?

•A reservation confirmation packet will be mailed shortly after you book your Adventures by Disney vacation.
•An acknowledgement upon receipt of your final payment.
•Final travel planning documents will be mailed approximately 45 days before your trip start date. These documents will include the detailed itinerary of your vacation, as well as information to help you prepare for your vacation.

14) What should I expect my hotel bedding to be on my family's European Adventure?

Standard rooms in most European hotels are comprised of two standard-sized double beds (or a King upon request). Queen-sized beds are generally not available. In many locations, local codes prohibit four-person occupancy in one standard-size room. Please call your Concierge Agent for further details. Detailed information on hotel bedding for each Adventures by Disney vacation is included with each itinerary.

15) Do I need a passport or visa?

For international travel, U.S. citizens need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond completion of the tour. No visas are required for U.S. citizens for any Adventures by Disney vacations.

16) Do I need special documentation to travel with Children?

Some countries on Adventures by Disney vacations have specific entry requirements for children under 21 who are traveling internationally with or without both parents. Usually, a notarized letter, signed by the parent or parents not traveling with the child and stating the child's name, adult guardian's name, itinerary, dates of travel, and flight information, is required. To ensure smooth travel, Adventures by Disney requires all travelers to comply with the regulations for the country you are visiting. This information is available from each country's consulate. Adventures by Disney is not responsible for the disruption of travel caused by improper documentation for any travelers, including children traveling without both parents.
