This enchanting land makes
the magic and wonder of famous childhood stories come to life. Located
just beyond Sleeping Beauty's castle, Fantasyland brings out the
child in all of us with its imaginative rides, rich characters
and striking architecture.

Just like the little Engine that Could, listen as the engine chugs
and discovers that it can indeed make it around the track. Guests
in wheelchairs must transfer to ride.
DUMBO THE FLYING ELEPHANT - This attraction is a virtual child magnet, as children find the
flying elephants irresistible! Climb aboard your elephant and control

have little ones who must ride, be sure and do it early as this
is a slow loading ride and lines can get very long.
"IT'S A SMALL WORLD" - Travel on a slow moving boat and journey through all the lands
of the world as singing dolls dressed in native garb remind you
that we're all part of the same big happy family!
As part of the newly opened attraction, Disney characters, in the distinctive Mary Blair style, have been integrated into appropriate thematic scenes in the attraction. During Christmas,
this attraction is completely re-done with a holiday theme and the
dolls sing special a special holiday version of the song. This ride
is wheelchair accessible.

This ride is also fun at night, when the lanterns are lit. If you are prone to motion sickness, skip this attraction! |
MATTERHORN BOBSLEDS - Towering above Fantasyland, the Matterhorn is the quintessential
icon of Disneyland. The Matterhorn
is actually a 1/100th scale reproduction of the famous mountain
in Switzerland. To ride the bobsleds, guests enter from queues on
both sides of the mountain (one track goes inside and is "tamer",
the outside track is a little wilder.) You sit toboggan-style, with
riders nestled inside the legs of the rider behind. Once aboard,
you'll zip and bump your way through your mountain expedition. Must be at least three years old to ride. Guests in wheelchairs

into a real boy. Guests in wheelchairs must transfer to ride.
Pixie Hollow - Tinker Bell and her fairy friends will be meeting and greeting guests at Pixie Hollow. Located between Fantasyland and Tomorrowland, the pathway is alongside an "enchanted pool". As guests head towards Tink's home, passing statues of the fairies along the way, they'll feel as if they've become pixie sized.
SLEEPING BEAUTY CASTLE -Be sure and check out the gold spires on the castle. Walt
wanted the spires to sparkle, so he ordered them to be plated with
gold. However, his fiscally responsible brother Roy opposed spending
the money to do so…but that didn't stop Walt! He just waited until
Roy was away on business and had the gold plating done anyway!

SNOW WHITE'S SCARY ADVENTURES - Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it's off to the Wicked Queen's castle in this
journey through the famous story. Be forewarned, the title of this
