This is my second time using Dreams Unlimited Travel for my Disney trips. It takes the stress out of my vacation planning. I don't have to worry about checking back for discounts. (My Agent) answered all of my questions quickly. For our recent trip we stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort. I was a little nervouse about it being a moderate (we have always stayed at the Contemporary on our previous visits). I admitted I was a "hotel snob"! I was also nervous because of the time of the year we chose to go (July 4th week). (My agent) reassured me on both of my issues. We had the best weather when we were there and the Coronado is now my favorite! It was really nice having someone that I could ask all of my questions to. Our family had been to WDW twice before, and as a compulsive planner, I had always taken care of all the trip details myself. I was a bit apprehensive about allowing someone else to do the planning for me! Our Dreams agent was wonderful. We worked together in planning our vacation and her expertise was so helpful. My mother decided to go along with us on our trip at the last minute which required several "last minute" changes, including all of our ADR's. (our agent) was able to accomodate our needs and always did so with a "smile". Most importantly (to my husband, at least) she was able to apply a discount code to our existing reservation which enable us to eat for free. If I had planned this trip on my own, I'm not certain I would have been aware of this promotion. I am a Florida Resident and purchase Seasonal/Annual passes every so often. I have always been able to call Disney Central Reservation to get FL Res Discount on rooms. However, all the Florida Resident discounted rooms were booked when I called to make reservations for our trip in December 2005.
I contacted www.DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com to see if they could get me Fl Res reservation.
The representative...was very helpful and was able to get me a FL Res Discount room for the Coronado Springs for 5 nights. There were no openings at the Wilderness Lodge like I had hoped, but still was glad to get in at the Coronado Springs.
She was also able to make Priority Seating arrangements for me as well. The detailed itinerary was also useful.
I look forward in using DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com again in the future.

I must admit, I was worried to give money to a company I didn't know much about, but it was the best choice (other than picking my husband) that I have ever made !!!
We have been to Disney World over 50 times, and this has to have been our best trip ever thanks to (our agent). She made our trip a very special occasion. It was our anniversary trip and she turned it into a dream trip to remember because of her thoughtfulness. She feels more like a friend to me than a travel agent. I wish I could book trips to places other than Disney so I could use you for all of our vacation services. You will definitely replace AAA in our lives.

Having the "must see" shows and attractions listed helped us make the most of our time at the park. Exceeded expectations - I just really wasn't totally convinced that someone else could do as well as I could do myself at getting exactly what I wanted. However, DU and (my agent) did just that.
For my first trip to WDW, in '99, I used a travel agent in town. Bought a package, paid full price and the agent wasn't all that knowlegable about Disney. Next trip, in '01, I did it all myself. Got great rates, got ps's that I wanted. Then my trip for this summer started getting planned. I had found the DIS boards and was again going to do it myself. But, I found myself being pulled into duty at my daughter's school, full-time. Now, I had no time to be planning, at least effective planning, a great trip to WDW. Took a chance on the advice of fellow DIS'ers and contacted DU. What a godsend. (My agent) got everything I needed. When she couldn't book my first choice of dates for an IllumiNations Cruise, I think she was more distressed than I was!! She got it for the following night though. A great service. We will be using DU again.

We have a 6 year old Girl and a 18 month old Girl and they had a Ball! Every detail was outlined for us and the lunch with Pooh and Friends was Fantastic. The Dinner at the Grand Floridian with Cinderella was Breath taking! Very good, my second experience with Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. It's great that I now no longer need to fax my credit card details, making payments much easier. Coming from a country where people mostly do package holidays through a large travel agency, I feel that Dreams Unlimited is highly overlooked in the UK and but for savings and quality service and convenience I have recommended them to a number of my closer, WDW-going friends. They provide information that is not commonly known in the UK.
Exceeded expectations - Received code discount, then AP discount. Much better letting my agent do this for me instead of me having to phone (at an inconvenient time, especially as I'm in the UK) and hope that I would secure a discount - a hassle that I've already tried prior to using Dreams without success. So, having an agent do this really makes a difference. Ditto for securing fireworks cruises.

I was hesitant at first to use an internet company as I had never done so before. (Our agent) made it very easy and we were very happy with everything! I have been to WDW 5 times before and know a lot about the parks, but (our agent) had some suggestions even for me. Things I had never thought about before that she brought to my attention, and I really appreciated the comments.

Everything I asked for was booked for me, all my questions were answered promptly and accurately, and we had a wonderful trip. My daughter says it was the best Disney vacation we ever had. Even my husband wants to go back, and he really didn't want to go in the first place. We just had such an awesome experience there,
and you guys are the main reason that happened. The Illuminations (Specialty) cruise, which I almost canceled, was a highlight of our trip. My husband says we have to do that again. We had second row, center seats at the Hoop-Dee-Doo show, and my husband was picked as part of the show. It was
a riot, and he wants to go back for that again, also. I could go on, but suffice it to say, we had a terrific time and we will be going back. I have used Dreams about 5 times now. I just turned over my Animal Kingdom Lodge reservation for June/July 2001 to Dreams. I have a 7 day cruise for October booked through Dreams, also. I have recommended Dreams to a number of people. I'm surprised more people don't use the services available. It takes a lot of the headaches out of a WDW vacation. There is nothing more aggrevating than having to make repeated calls to CRO to get the best rates, to make PS's, to have questions answered (only to find out you know more than CRO). We ended up in a building that originally I hadn't wanted but was a great area and a nice room. We were very pleased with what we got in fact it ended up being better than what we thought we had wanted. (Our agent) at Dreams was just great. She went far and above the call of duty with my reservation. She ended up getting us a better deal the longer we waited. She tried everything to make sure we got the most bang for our buck.

(Our agent) was great. She kept in touch and promptly responded to my many, many questions. During our trip, we were particularly grateful that (she) had arranged a ps at the Rainforest Cafe in the Animal Kingdom because we had just finished touring the park and we were hungry and tired. The burden of trying to decide where to eat was lifted off our shoulders because we had the ps. I also had the opportunity to "meet" (two other agents). They were also helpful. I found all of the agents to be pleasant, friendly and patient. We are planning to return to Disney World in 2003 and I will not hesitate to use Dreams and (agent name removed) for that trip. For this trip, we only used DU for our hotel reservation and PS seatings (as well as helpful hints and tips). I secured my own air and tickets. But (our agent) was absolutely wonderful in answering my questions, helping with PS seatings. He was also able to get us a reservation at the Portofino!
I thought it was great! It was a tremendous advantage to be able to work with someone who KNOWS WDW. I've booked with AAA and other TAs before who had no idea what was/is available besides just what their pamphlets tell them. In all cases, I knew more than they did. But (our agent) was such a help in getting all my planning, and last minute PS seatings. I'll definitely ask for him again!

For our trip last June 30 - July 8, and for the Nov 30 - Dec 3 trip, I had already made hotel reservations, but DU took over from there. All the reservations were made and some times were changed, and I liked the fact that when I e-mailed with a question or request, the e-mail was usually answered within one day. The final trip itinery had all our reservation #'s on it and I just printed it and took it with us. We've been to Disneyworld about 12 times so I consider myself knowledgeable about planning, but the little tips had somethings I didn't even realize. The best part is that I just e-mail what reservations I wanted, and then got an e-mail for what was available (we got everything we were asking for). No phone calls to make. It is just so easy.

Just want to thank you again for all the help and planning you did to make our DISNEY vacation a FANTASTIC one. It was a busy, busy week starting with 6:30 a.m. "UP AND AT EM" calls from Mickey (which thrilled the kids and they were no problem getting up so early) and lasting till late night. But the advance planning worked like a charm and we got to do almost everything we wanted to do. Of course, we could have filled another week if we had one. We did very little changing from the plan and it worked out extremely well.
In short it was a FANTASTIC week and I wanted to thank you...and your colleagues for your help in making it so. We would never had been able to do half as much in a week had it not been for your planning and tips. If I can ever afford to make this trip again, I will definitely be calling on you. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for having (agents names removed) as part of your Dreams Team. Our cruise was wonderful, thanks in no small part to the work they did to make it all possible.
During the course of making our reservation, we priced about 5 different stateroom combinations, added two people to our cruise party, and went back and forth between two different rooms twice or three times. Both (of these agents) are on my frequently used e-mail address lists.
When we got to the Port, everything was in order, our stateroom credits had been properly placed (all four of them!) and our staterooms were just as we planned. We received timely reminders of payments due on our account, and the whole process was a breeze. Compared to our last cruise vacation with
