Day One

Arrive at Cairns Airport

G'day! Be greeted by an Adventures by Disney Guides who will assist you with your luggage. Then, a driver will take you to your hotel in Cairns.

Check-In at the Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort and Spa

While another Adventure Guide checks you in and handles your luggage, feel free to take a stroll around this upscale beachfront resort that offers an array of amenities, 3 spectacular swimming pools, and a spa.

On Your Own in Palm Cove

Explore this gorgeous beachside haven on the Coral Sea in Queensland's Cairns region. Renowned for its spas, wellness centers, and pristine beaches, you'll feel a sense of calm as you walk among the centuries-old "paperbark" Melaleuca trees that line the casual esplanade.

Visit & Welcome Dinner at Hartley's Crocodile Adventure

Meet some amazing crocodiles and local wildlife in this exclusive experience where you'll wander through the spectacular woodlands and rainforest at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. Day Two

Breakfast at the Hotel

Get a good start on the day with a tasty breakfast. And get ready—the Great Barrier Reef is our destination today!

Marina Mirage

Take a motor coach to the Marina Mirage in Port Douglas, where you can board the catamaran that will take you into the Great Barrier Reef.

The Quicksilver Catamaran – Sail to the Outer Reef

Head out to the Coral Sea and the Great Barrier Reef, a vast living organism that is home to an array of colorful fish, star fish and mollusks as well as turtles, dolphins and sharks. The only living thing on earth visible from space, the Great Barrier Reef contains over 3000 individual reef systems, hundreds of islands and over 600 types of coral. The base of operations for your exploration is an amazing floating pontoon and you will be guided by a marine biologist so you can make the most of your day investigating the outer reef up close by snorkeling. If you don’t want to get wet, take a semi-submersible submarine and cruise several feet under water to view it and the array of undersea creatures who call it home!

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast and get ready for a day of discovery.

Private Activities at Tjapukai Aboriginal Culture Park

Discover the history of the world’s oldest living culture, dating back over 40,000 years! Visit this 25-acre park that celebrates the traditions of the Aboriginals as explained by the local Djabugay, the original inhabitants of the rainforest around Kuranda. Delight in Aboriginal dance, song, storytelling, artwork and artifacts. Participate in privately guided interactive activities: Enjoy a didgeridoo demonstration, hurl a spear and paint your own boomerang—and then learn how to throw it!

On Your Own Lunch in Kuranda Village

Take a motor coach to this picture-perfect mountain village, surrounded by a rainforest. With a thriving arts culture, Kuranda offers a variety of shopping opportunities—with shops featuring Aboriginal artifacts and handcrafted goods—and is a sanctuary for butterflies, birds, koalas, bats and snakes. Melbourne Cricket Ground Tour & National Sports Museum Visit

Tour the highlights of this impressive stadium, commonly known as “The G,” which played host to the 1956 Olympic Games, the 2006 Australian Commonwealth Games, both international and national cricket matches, as well as Aussie Rules Football. You will also get admission to Australia’s interactive Australian Sports Museum, which is located at the stadium and celebrates sport in Australian society.

Melbourne Walking Tour

Get to know this amazing city as you walk its laneways and arcades, sample regional delicacies, including Brunetti’s Italian pastries, coffee and chocolate. You’ll also visit Federation Square and Finders Street Station. Plus, meet up with a local guide who will introduce you to the vibrant graffiti art throughout Melbourne.

Lunch at Pastuso

Head to the ultra-cool Pastuso on ACDC Lane, where they serve up some thrilling Peruvian food in a graffiti-inspired atmosphere.

Kayaking on the Yarra River

Spend a relaxing afternoon kayaking atop the calm waters of the Yarra River and take in the amazing views of the city as you glide by the riverbanks of Melbourne.

Ballarat Wildlife Park

Get up close with some of Australia’s native animals—including penguins, wombats and kangaroos—at this interactive wildlife park located on 37 acres of natural bush land.

Sovereign Hill Experience

Rotate between 3 amazing activities in Sovereign Hill, an open-air “living” museum that depicts the first 10 years following the discovery of gold in Ballarat. Activities include: a hands-on boiled sweets-making class, and a gold smelting demonstration.

Lunch at Charlie Napier Hotel

Dine in a bygone era as you step into the Charlie Napier Hotel for a delicious lunch in a Victorian setting.

Mine Adventure

Meet up with a local guide who, following a short tram ride, will take you on a tour of the mine where you’ll learn about the dangers the miners faced every day while mining for gold in the 19th century. You’ll see how Ballarat’s miners lived and worked as they dug out the rich gold-bearing layers of quartz rock. During the tour, you’ll see demonstrations of the technology miners used and see some original workings.

Group Dinner at Builders Arms

Royal Botanic Gardens

Stroll through the magnificent grounds of the lush gardens that were first opened in 1816, making it the oldest scientific institution in Australia. Sitting on 72 acres of land which is laid out in several areas that include the Lower Gardens, Middle Gardens and Palace Gardens.

Sydney Harbour Jet Boat

Get your adrenaline pumping as you take to the waters of Sydney Harbour on a thrilling jet boat ride! It’s an exhilarating, high-octane experience as you check out the iconic Sydney skyline with the wind rushing through your hair.

Private Sydney Opera House Tour & Portside Dinner

Stop off in the quaint historic village of Berrima, where you’ll enjoy an invigorating cup of tea at a local café.

Canoe Along the Wingcarribee River

Enjoy a pleasant morning as you paddle a canoe along the peaceful waters of the Wingcarribee River.

Red Leaf Farm Tour & Lunch

Spend time exploring this family owned and operated farm that produces some of the region’s finest animals and free-range organic produce. Learn about the daily life of the people who dedicate themselves to sustainable farming. Following your tour, enjoy a delicious meal made from the freshest ingredients and animals grown and raised at Red Leaf Farm.

Fitzroy Falls Indigenous Cultural Walkabout

Take to the trails around the magnificent Fitzroy Falls, which cascades 265 feet from the top down to the forest below, and learn about the fascinating indigenous culture of the region. On the walk, your aboriginal guide will use infrared binoculars to help point out various wildlife along your path.

Dinner & Evening On Your Own in Sydney

Upon your arrival back in Sydney, grab a bite at a local spot that you discover, or ask your Adventure Guides to make a recommendation. Begin your day with a delicious breakfast and get ready for an adventure-filled day.

On Your Own Morning and Lunch in Sydney

Pursue your own favorite activity and lunch interests during the first half of this day. Ask your Vacationista to help you book a place on the Sydney Bridge Climb, a classic “must do” at the top of many Guests’ wish list. With a Sydney Bridge Climb Leader at your side, reach the top of this iconic bridge and enjoy spectacular views of one of the world’s great harbors! If climbing isn’t for you, ask your Adventure Guides for recommendations for other activities. And, of course, feel free to inquire which dining venues they would recommend for lunch.

Tobruk Sheep Farm Experience

Live the life of an Australian cowboy at the Tobruk Sheep Farm! After the public goes home, it’s your turn to visit this farm in a private experience that shows you some of the duties involved, including watching a demonstration of a sheep being sheared—and, all by yourself, directing sheep dogs to herd sheep!

Farewell Dinner at Tobruk Sheep Farm

Bid a fond farewell to your fellow Adventurers as you swap stories from your amazing adventure while enjoying a fantastic meal prepared in your honor on the farm.
