    Stroll down the halls of Kronborg Castle and walk in the footsteps of Danish Royals!   • The Viking Ship Museum 
    Explore the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde and see a collection of Viking ships dating back to the 11th century. Junior Adventurers can paint their own Viking shields!

Day One

Arrive in Denmark

Welcome to Copenhagen! After you pick up your luggage and exit customs, an Adventures by Disney representative will meet you at the luggage belt and direct you to transportation to your hotel. Relax as the driver handles your luggage and takes you to your hotel.

Afternoon on your Own

Settle into your comfortable room at the Tivoli Hotel. If you arrive early, ask your Adventure Guide to recommend restaurants and cafés for lunch and ideal activities for your family. Whether you choose to stroll along the picturesque coastline or go shopping at a famous pedestrian promenade, get to know this remarkable city that’s home to the world's oldest monarchy!

Welcome Dinner at Tivoli Hotel

Meet your fellow Adventurers at a welcome reception at the Tivoli Hotel, followed by a fabulous dinner at the hotel’s contemporary restaurant, Tivoli Brasserie.

Day Two

Walking Tour of Copehagen

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a privately guided tour of Denmark’s beautiful capital city, which is located on both the Zealand and Amager Islands. Enjoy strolling along the pristine harbor and down picturesque streets lined with Renaissance-era buildings. Along the way, learn about Copenhagen’s origins as a fishing colony and its fascinating regal history.

Boat Ride Through the Canals

Explore Copenhagen from the canals where you get an up close view of treasured structures from the past along with the clean Danish architecture of the present.

Lunch at Tivoli Gardens

Follow your walking and boat tours of Copenhagen with a well-deserved lunch at a restaurant inside Tivoli Gardens.

Day Three

Breakfast

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and then set off for a motor coach ride to the Viking Ship Museum.

The Little Mermaid Statue

Stop and take a photo with The Little Mermaid statue—the city's most popular attraction—that pays homage to Hans Christian Anderson’s remarkable fairy tale. His story was the inspiration behind Disney’s classic animated film The Little Mermaid.

Viking Ship Museum

Navigate through the centuries at the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde. Tour the collection of Viking ships dating back to the 11th century. Visit the boatyard where boats are built using centuries-old methods. After the museum tour, Junior Adventurers get to paint their own Viking shields!

Lunch in Roskilde

Sit down for lunch at a charming local restaurant.

Visit Frederiksborg Castle

Enjoy the grounds of this magnificent castle, initially built in the early 17th century by King Cristian IV. Located north of Copenhagen on 3 islets in the castle lake in Hillerød, Frederiksborg Castle is surrounded by the exquisite Frederiksborg Palace Garden.

Privately Guided Tour of Kronborg Castle

Relish a privately guided tour of Denmark’s most famous castle, which was initially constructed at Helsingør around 1420. Known by many as “Elsinore” ever since Shakespeare wrote about it in Hamlet, Kronborg Castle overlooks the narrowest passage of the Sound (Øresund) and for centuries controlled ship passage into the Baltic Sea. With its position and fortifications, the castle played major roles of symbolic, commercial and strategic importance.

Farewell Dinner

For your last hurrah in Copenhagen, you’ll dine at the classic Tivolihallen, one of Copenhagen’s most celebrated eateries.
