Please use this form to submit the information on the item you wish to donate to our auction to raise money for Give Kids the World. At the end of the process you will receive information on how to get your item to us. Please note that all items shipped to us must be received no later than 5PM on 5/15/2017. If you plan on bringing the item with you to the event we will provide further instructions on where/when to deliver the item.
