Disney's Yacht Club Resort

Walt Disney World Resorts

Yacht Club Resort Transportation

Like Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort offers the distinct advantage of being within walking distance of EPCOT. Guests can access the International Gateway entrance near World Showcase in about 10 minutes on foot. For those arriving before World Showcase officially opens (typically at 11:00 a.m.), Cast Members will escort guests to the front of the park (now called World Celebration) for early entry or access to attractions in other neighborhoods.

Guests at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort also have access to Friendship boat launches and bus transportation for travel to other Walt Disney World® Resort destinations:

Magic Kingdom® Park

  • Take the bus from the front of the resort.

  • Bus service is shared with Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

  • As an alternative, walk through EPCOT and take the Monorail from the front of the park (via International Gateway → World Showcase → World Celebration) to the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC), then transfer to the Magic Kingdom Monorail.

  • Note: This option requires valid park admission and a park reservation or Park Hopper access if entering EPCOT.

EPCOT®

  • Walk (approx. 10 minutes) or take the Friendship boat launch.

  • The boat makes stops at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

  • Boat ride may take 15–20 minutes depending on boarding and disembarking times.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios®

  • Take a Friendship boat launch from the Yacht Club dock.

  • Shared service with the Crescent Lake resorts (Beach Club, BoardWalk, Swan, Dolphin).

  • Walking path (approx. 15–20 minutes) is also available and often faster than the boat.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park

  • Take a bus from the front of the resort.

  • The route may be shared with nearby resorts (BoardWalk Inn, Swan, Dolphin, Beach Club), depending on the time of day.

Disney Springs®

  • (Formerly Downtown Disney)

  • Take the bus from the resort.

  • Note: There is no direct return bus service from Disney Springs to theme parks.

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

  • Take a bus to Disney Springs, then transfer to the Typhoon Lagoon shuttle.

Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park

  • Take a bus directly from the resort (may be shared with other nearby resorts).

For those wishing to go anywhere else on (or off) property, Bell Services can get a taxi for you. The bus stop at Disney's Yacht Club Resort is located to the left as you exit the lobby, on the other side of the porte cochere (valet loading and unloading area).
