Discover Curacao Island Tour (4 hours)

This tour of Curacao focuses on the highlights of this charming island. You'll tour the countryside and the city of Willemstad. Included are visits to the Hato Caves and Petroglyph Trail, the Curacao Museum in Otrabanda and the Negrita an 84 foot replica of an 18th century schooner. The ship has a tasting room where you can sample the famous Blue Curacao liquer and Poncho Cuba. The stops are approximately 15 minutes apart. You'll then be driven through Punda to Willenstad, with your guide describing the points of interest along the route. At the conclusion of the tour, you may either take the 5 minute ride back to the ship or remain in town and return at your convenience.

Seaworld Explorer Semi-Submarine (1.5 - 2 hours)

This underwater observatory takes you five feet below the surface of the water where you can view the corals, tropical fish and other colorful marine life without getting wet. The specially designed Seaworld Explorer is your window on the water as you take your one hour narrated tour in air-conditioned comfort. (The ship does not completely submerge.) to add to your enjoyment, a diver will hand feed the fish right outside the ship's windows. The trip to and from the ship takes about 15 minutes each way.

See & Sea Island Tour (2.5 - 3 hours)

On this tour, you'll begin with a 15 minute ride to your destination and take a tour of the marine life via the Seaworld Explorer as described in the Seaworld Explorer Semi-Submarine excursion. After your approximate 50 minute tour onboard this semi-submersible vessel, you'll make a 20 minute visit to the Negrita, an 84 foot replica of an 19th century schooner. During your trip back to Punda, your guide will point out the landmarks along the way. Upon completion, you may either take the 35 minute ride back to the ship or elect to stop off in town for touring and shopping on your own and return to the ship at your leisure.

Spanish Water Snorkel Tour (3.5 - 4 hours)

Your tour begins with a 10 minute walk to your snorkel boat. From here, you'll go on a 30 minute ride to one of Curacao's best snorkeling sites. Your knowledgeable guides will point out landmarks along the way. Once you arrive, you'll have approximately an hour to swim and snorkel. The sunken tugboat found here is home to a colorful variety of marine life and corals. Once you're back onboard, you'll enjoy either a rum or fruit punch as you take your 30 minute ride back to shore, where the ship is a 10 minute walk away.

Curacao Day At The Beach (4 - 6.5 hours)

The Hilton Hotel's white sand beach is yours to enjoy. You'll be taken on a 20 minute ride to this lovely resort. Depending on the departure time that you choose, you can spend from three to five hours at the beach. While here, you'll have a private lounge chair, receive two complimentary beverages and be served a buffet lunch. Towels are available. The children will have a great time with the complimentary pails, shovels and beach balls. You'll also have access to the putting green and swimming pool. Kayaks, snorkeling equipment and paddleboats are available for rent. There are three departure times for your 20 minute ride back to the ship.

Curacao Outback Adventure (3 - 3.5 hours)

You'll explore Curacao in a guided 4X4 vehicle tour. Your guides (who will be driving the lead and trailing vehicles) will first provide you with instructions before heading off on this unforgettable excursion. You'll begin with a 30 minute drive to the San Pedro Plains. This desert region is home to the Divi Divi trees. The 50 minute tour along the plains includes viewing the Slave Walls at Tera Cora as well as a 20 minute break for water at the Vleermuis Caves. As you enjoy panoramic views of the countryside, you'll next drive for 25 minutes along "Rats Eaten Hill Trail" . Following this is a beach-view 20 minute break where a complimentary soft drink is provided. You'll go past the salt flats as you head back during the 30 minute drive to the ship.

Highlights Tour With Folkloric Show (3.5 hours)

You'll start this tour at the Curacao Museum which is an approximate 8 minute ride from the ship. The museum is located in a converted 19th century military hospital. Exhibits found here detail the fascinating history of the island. Following the museum visit is a 15 minute ride to the Distillery of Chobolobo where the Blue Curacao Liqueur is made. This world famous liqueur is still produced by hand with the recipe brought to Curacao by the Spaniards in the 15th century. Your guides will identify points of interest as you head to the Folkloric Show of Curacao. Dancers garbed in colorful costumes will perform the Tumba, the traditional island dance. You'll be invited to join in and be a part of this unique cultural exhibition. The return trip to the ship takes approximately 20 minutes.

Hato Caves & Landhouse Bloemhof (3 - 3.5 hours)

You'll go on a 15 minute ride to the landmark Hato Caves, the former home of the Arowak Indians. This subterranean destination has chambers and pools to explore. There are stalagmites, stalactites, and the underground Curacao Falls. You may spot fruit bats as they slumber until nightfall. Following the cave tour is a visit to the Distillery of Chobolobo where the Blue Curacao Liqueur is made. This world famous liquer is still produced by hand with the recipe brought to Curacao by the Spaniards in the 15th century. Your next stop is the Landhouse Bloemhof. This historic home, filled with rare art and antique pieces, is a tribute to the island's Jewish settlers. The trip back to the ship takes approximately 25 minutes.

You'll begin with a 30 minute ride to the Ostrich Farm, the largest of its kind outside of Africa. Your guided tour includes an opportunity to hand-feed the birds, and follow how they develop from egg to adult. Don Juan, the farm's resident "star" ostrich may perform his distinctive dance for you. From here, you'll go on an approximate 24 minute ride to the Hato Caves. This subterranean destination has chambers and pools to explore. There are stalagmites, stalactites, and the underground Curacao Falls. You may spot fruit bats as they slumber until nightfall. You'll travel along the scenic southeast coast of Curacao on your 15 minute return trip to the ship. NOTE: The order of this tour may vary.

This tour features visits to the Ostrich Farm and the Aloe Plantation of Curacao. You'll begin with a 30 minute ride to the Ostrich Farm, the largest of its kind outside of Africa. Your guided tour includes an opportunity to hand-feed the birds, and follow how they develop from egg to adult. Don Juan, the farm's resident "star" ostrich may perform his distinctive dance for you. You'll next visit the close by Aloe Plantation of Curacao. Here an authority on the uses of aloe will explain the varied applications of this versatile plant. Canoe & Snorkel Safari (3.5 - 4 hours)

After a 20 minute ride to Caracas Bay Island, you'll be instructed in the safe operation of a canoe and embark on a 45 journey along the coast of St. Barbara Beach. You'll glide amidst two million year old volcanic rocks, view vibrant coral and marine life, as your guide takes you around Goat Mountain and through the Spanish Waters. You'll dock your canoe and enjoy a fruit punch at the Baya Beach Club. Next, your snorkel adventure begins. The sunken tugboat found at this intriguing snorkel location is home to a colorful variety of marine life and corals. The trip back to the ship takes approximately 20 minutes.

Sea Aquarium (3.5 hours)

You'll be visiting Curacao's most popular attraction. A 15 minute ride through Willemstad and over the Queen Juliana Bridge brings you to the Curacao Seaquarium. You'll have 2 and a half hours to explore the wondrous exhibits featuring more than 300 species of tropical fish. Throughout the day there are shows featuring sea lions, sharks, dolphins and turtles. In addition to the exhibits, there's an underwater observatory where you can watch the native marine life in its natural habitat. If you prefer, you may get dropped off in Willenstad to tour or shop during the 15 minute ride back to the ship. From the city the ship is approximately a 10 minute walk.

Curacao Dive Tour (4 - 4.5 hours)
Meeting Time: 8:15am
You'll be taken from the dock by boat on a 30 minute ride to the Marine Park, known for its dive sites.You'll be supplied with diving gear and directed to Diver's Leap, a steep wall teeming with vibrant corals and fish. Each dive is approximately 50 minutes with a one hour break in between. During the breaks, you'll be provided with beverages and snacks.The second dive is at Saba, another wall alive with colorful marine life. At the end of this dive, you'll explore a shipwreck. The return trip to the ship takes approximately 30 minutes.
NOTE: You must be a certified diver. You must present your certification card and have completed at least one dive in the past two years. If you are taking medication, you cannot participate. If the tidal conditions warrant it, buses will transport you from the dock to the dive site.

NOTE: For the May 14 repositioning cruise passengers, there may be a Dolphin Encounter scheduled. Details are not available other than it is to be booked onboard the ship. The price will be $149.00 for ages 10 & up, and $110.00 for ages 8 - 9.
