Families planning a Royal Caribbean cruise have a new opportunity to save on select sailings through summer 2027.
For bookings made between July 31 and September 14, 2026, Royal Caribbean is offering two promotions that provide free cruise fare for eligible third and fourth guests sharing a stateroom with two full-fare-paying passengers.
The offers apply to sailings departing August 26, 2026, through August 20, 2027, including many summer 2027 cruises.
Kids Sail Free
Royal Caribbean’s Kids Sail Free promotion is available for children 12 years old and younger sailing as the third or fourth guest in a stateroom with two full-fare-paying guests.
Examples that qualify include:
- Two adults and one child age 12 or younger
- One adult, one teenager, and one child age 12 or younger (the younger child receives the promotion)
- Two adults and two children age 12 or younger
Bookings with only one full-fare-paying adult do not qualify for the promotion.
Free 3rd & 4th Guests
Royal Caribbean is also offering a Free 3rd & 4th Guests promotion, which applies regardless of age when the third and fourth guests share a stateroom with two full-fare-paying passengers.
This offer can benefit:
- Families traveling with teenagers
- Families with adult children
- Multi-generational groups
- Four adults sharing a stateroom
The promotion is available on the same eligible sailing dates as the Kids Sail Free offer.
Important Details
While eligible guests receive free cruise fare, the following charges still apply:
- Taxes
- Fees
- Port expenses
- Daily gratuities
Standard daily gratuities for interior, ocean view, and balcony staterooms are currently $18.50 USD per guest, per day.
Both promotions can be combined with other eligible offers, including:
- Onboard credit offers
- NextCruise offers
- Military discounts
- Senior discounts
- Resident discounts
- Crown & Anchor Society discounts
- Shareholder benefits
The promotions are available to residents of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and select Caribbean countries.
Blackout Dates Apply
Although the promotions include many summer 2027 sailings, several blackout dates remain in place.
For both promotions, blackout dates include:
- November 19-27, 2026
- December 17, 2026-January 4, 2027
- Alaska Cruise Tours departing August 26-September 11, 2026
- Select Navigator of the Seas sailings departing November 29, December 3, and December 10, 2026
- February 4-8, 2027 (Chinese New Year)
- March 5-April 4, 2027
- Alaska Cruise Tours departing May 14-September 17, 2027
Additional blackout dates apply to the Kids Sail Free promotion for select sailings in late 2027 and spring 2028.
