Mardi
Gras parade props decorate the walls of the Sassagoula Floatworks
and Food Factory food court designed to resemble a Mardi Gras float-making
factory. American and Creole cuisine is served here. Guests can
feast on pizza, pasta, hamburgers, fried and spit-roasted chicken,
barbecue ribs, red beans and rice, sandwiches, cafe au lait, fresh
fruit and baked goods. Hours are from 6 a.m. to midnight. The Sassagoula
Floatworks and Food Factory can seat 300 guests.
