I’m a vacation specialist with Dreams Unlimited Travel, certified by Disney Destinations and Universal Vacations, with more than six years of experience in the tourism industry. Over those years, I’ve planned trips ranging from a family’s very first Walt Disney World visit to multi-park, multi-resort itineraries that combine Universal Epic Universe, Disney Cruise Line sailings, and Adventures by Disney departures across Europe and the Americas.
What likely sets my approach apart is the background I bring to it. I hold a PhD in art history and specialize in cultural heritage — specifically, in how visitors relate to the places they explore. That sounds academic until you sit down to plan a trip with me. In practice, it means I think about a vacation the way I’d think about a museum visit or a historic site: pacing, sequence, anticipation, and the small moments between the headline experiences that often turn out to matter most. A Walt Disney World week isn’t just a list of attractions and dining reservations — it’s a designed environment meant to be experienced in a particular rhythm, and a good itinerary works with that design rather than fighting it.
Beyond planning client trips, I’m the editor of SiDisney.com, the leading Spanish-language guide to Disney and Universal travel, where I write planning content and oversee the brand’s social channels. I also host a Spanish-language podcast on Disney travel and tourism, focused on helping families plan well-paced, meaningful trips — the kind you actually remember rather than the kind you survive. This editorial work keeps me close to what’s happening at the parks week to week: real wait times, new offerings, what works for which kind of traveler, and what doesn’t.
I’m bilingual and work fluidly in both English and Spanish. For Spanish-speaking families based in the US, that’s often a real advantage — particularly for multigenerational trips where some family members are more comfortable in one language than the other, or for clients who prefer their planning documents and conversations in Spanish while their Disney and Universal reservations are handled with native-level fluency in the parks’ systems.
My specialties as a Dreams Unlimited Travel agent include Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando Resort (including Epic Universe), Royal Caribbean International, and Adventures by Disney.
As a Dreams Unlimited Travel agent, my planning services are completely free to clients — there’s no fee from your end and no pressure to upgrade. If you’re starting to think about a Disney, Universal, or cruise vacation, I’d love to hear from you. The best trips I plan tend to start with a conversation long before there are firm dates on a calendar.
