Erica and her husband honeymooned at Walt Disney World — his very first visit — and in a moment of pure Disney enchantment, the two were selected as Grand Marshals in the Share a Dream Come True Parade, riding in a car that Walt Disney himself once drove at Disneyland. For Erica, Disney has never just been a destination. It’s been a lifelong relationship. That relationship, combined with nearly two decades of calling Orlando home, makes her one of the most genuinely passionate and deeply connected Disney travel advisors you’ll find anywhere.

She carries the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council — credentials that reflect more than 15 years of experience in high-stakes special event planning and hospitality management before transitioning to travel advising in 2020. She is also a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and a certified Universal Orlando Resort Specialist.

She has visited Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando more times than she can count (the perks of living minutes away), has sailed 15 Disney Cruises across Bahamian, Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, and Alaskan itineraries — earning her Platinum Castaway Club status — and has experienced Aulani in Hawaii and Disneyland firsthand several times.
She particularly loves working with first-time visitors to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line, as well as couples and multigenerational families, bringing the same careful, detail-obsessed planning approach to every group. For fun, she has completed 10 runDisney half marathons, tends to her garden, curls up with a good book, and shares her home with her husband and their three dogs.
